How it works
From conversation to a clear next step.
Capture a meeting, review a structured summary with decisions and action items, then search across prior context. Your notes remain plain Markdown files you can keep and use outside Markdrip.
Zero-cloud visual proof
See where the meeting goes.
Move through a synthetic meeting to compare a vendor-cloud workflow with Markdrip's on-device boundary. No real meeting data is used.

Desktop privacy scope
A clear boundary for your meeting processing.
Keep working with the files on your Mac. These statements describe Markdrip’s desktop meeting-processing path, not this public website.
- Ready when you are
- Recording, transcription, speaker recognition, summaries, and search run on your Mac. There is no upload step for meeting processing.
- Files you own
- Transcripts, notes, summaries, action items, decisions, names, and the local index stay on your device by default. Notes are plain Markdown files you can keep.
- Clear boundaries
- Raw audio and voice fingerprints never leave in any mode. License validation carries no meeting content; downloads happen only through disclosed, user-initiated flows.

Optional calendar connection
Connect Google Calendar only when you choose to.
If you opt in and select calendars, Markdrip reads event titles, times, attendees, locations, and descriptions (including join-link context) to auto-title meetings and add useful local meeting context. It only reads your calendar; it never changes events.
The connection is off by default, direct from Google to your device, and handled locally. Markdrip infrastructure is not in the data path. You can disconnect at any time to remove locally stored remote-calendar data and ask Google to revoke access.

Make room for what the meeting decided.
Use a focused record of decisions and next steps instead of another tab full of a conversation you have to reconstruct.
