Refund policy and request
Cancellation and a refund are different. Cancelling stops a future renewal; it does not itself create a refund.
Refund policy
Refunds are provided as required by applicable law. You may request a refund or dispute a charge through the route below; that request does not promise a voluntary refund. Mandatory withdrawal, conformity, refund, chargeback, and other non-excludable consumer rights always control.
A confirmed lawful refund or chargeback stops future renewal and returns paid capabilities to the Free tier when the app receives the signed entitlement update; it never deletes, encrypts, moves, locks, or makes your local files unreadable.
Request a refund
Email [email protected]from the address used for your purchase. Include your order, receipt, or invoice number if available. Do not send recordings, transcripts, notes, speaker names, voice data, or payment-card details.
If the voluntary policy does not apply, this route remains available for billing help and mandatory-rights review.
