Free and Licensed

Markdrip is free, permanent, and fully usable without a license. The Free tier includes recording, transcription, summaries, action items, full-history search, and read/export access to your local files — no credit card required, no countdown, no expiry. A Licensed plan adds persistent cross-meeting speaker memory and deep-extraction features.

Cancel online

Cancel a purchased plan online at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves paid access available through the current term.

Refunds

Refunds are provided as required by applicable law. Direct refund requests and billing disputes to the refund route. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected. Cancellation and a refund are separate operations.
